Pedals, and all smaller items are generally in stock and ready to ship. 

Since Benson amplifiers and tube effects are handmade to order, there is a lead time to complete the build cycle.   We are currently working with an approximately 12 week lead time for these items. We recommend reaching out to us if you have any questions or concerns regarding lead times or ordering in general. 

For amplifier shipping, we use either UPS or Fedex…whoever happens to be demonstrating the highest level of care at that time…it changes…not sure why. We use USPS for pedals and merchandise.

For amps and tube effects, shipping is calculated at the time your final invoice is created…we cannot collect or predict shipping costs prior to this step in the process as it is hvariable. We recommend keeping the shipping materials in case the amp has to be moved or stored for any length of time.

220V and 100V volt units are possible with a $200 up-charge.

We do not sell directly to Australia, Europe or Japan. For these areas, we recommend contacting one of our dealers.
